What we are
This is NOT your average sale! Kids Closet Connection, also known as KCC, hosts Pop-up Consignment Sales Events that occur 2X's a year (Spring/Summer & Fall/Winter) selling Newborn to Adult 3X Clothing, Shoes, Toys, Baby Equipment, Sporting Goods, Room Decor and SO MUCH MORE. UNLOAD YOUR CLOSET & FILL UP OURS!
This is a Multi-Day Resale Event with something for everyone!
It's a shopping experience like no other with thousands of consigned items that are brand new, gently used and in like-new condition, all located in one organized place! You can sell the items you no longer need, while shopping for what you want!
What to bring
NO LIMITS on how much you can bring for DIY consignors!
Express Consignor limit is 250 items.

WE ARE ACCEPTING THE FOLLOWING:
- Please note that adult clothes have a limit of 20 pieces (per gender) and majority must be brand names and/ or new with tags
- Holiday Decor is welcome at the Fall 2025 Sale: Only holidays from the months of October- March
- Please only Fall/Winter clothing
- Short sleeve shirts and swimwear of all sizes will be accepted
- Big Items: Baby Equipment & Children's Furniture
- Children's Outdoor Items & Sports Equipment
- Everything must be clean, current styles, like-new condition
- Games & Toys: Must be in working order + include batteries
- New with Tags & Trending Stuffies (such as Squish Mallows, Super Mario Bros, etc.)
- Baby Items, including crib sheets, blankets, monitors, safety, feeding, baby towels, etc.
- Maternity Clothing & Accessories: All Sizes & Seasons
- Newborn to Adult 3X Clothing & Shoes: Current styles and mostly brand names
- Accessories/ Bags: Hats, Socks, Headbands, Purses, Backpacks, etc.
- Home & Room Decor (No breakable decor unless in original packaging)
- Media Center: Books, Video Games & DVDs
- Car seats are accepted with a signed car seat disclaimer waiver.
- Car seat selling guidelines: No accidents, no recalls & must be more than 1 year from expiration
Have the car seat waiver printed, completed, signed & bring to drop off attached to car seat.

- No jewelry (only kids-play jewelry)
- No glass/ breakable items unless in original packaging
- Please do not bring summer clothing to this sale.
- No Cribs
- No Crib Bumpers of any kind
- No Crib Mobiles
- No Used Breast Pumps/ Used Pump Tubes/ Used Pacifiers--ONLY NEW!
- No Food or No Formula
- No Inclined Sleepers, Bassinets flat on babies back is ok
- No Vintage, Antique or Homemade Items, such as furniture, clothing. etc.
- No Expired Baby Equipment
- No Baby Pillow Loungers (Including DOCK-A-TOTS)
- No recalled items of any kind
- Nothing broken, missing pieces, stained, holes, or very worn, etc.
- No adult content books, Rated R movies or violent video games
- No costumes that are "violent like"/ gory. Please family-friendly only
Please review these guidelines when tagging:
- Bundle like-items: Please don't individually price "like-items" that could be bundled. Example: you have multiple baby girl socks all 0-6 months. Bundle them all in a Ziploc and make one tag. Note on the tag: 8-pairs of girl's baby socks 0-6 months.
- White Card stock only: Please do not use regular printing paper for tags. This paper easily falls off the item and is not durable.
- No cutting off or taping over the barcode in anyway: When this happens, it is very difficult to scan at time of purchase.
- Price items to sell: KCC Shoppers are out looking for the best deals, so be mindful of how you price your items. If the item is overpriced, it's probably not going to sell. Example: a toy currently retails for $21. If this toy is gently used, it should be priced a 1/3 of retail, so $7-$8 is reasonable. If brand-new in the box, assume 1/2 of retail pricing: $11.00-$12.00.
- Consider marking MOST of your items for discount day(s): Many shoppers will come out just for the discount day(s), so consider marking down your items down when tagging. The more you sell, the more you make $$!
Who we are
KCC is a community of families coming together to buy and sell from each other. The duration is only a few days long, but you can sign up to be a consignor(seller) and become a part of our consignment family & community!

How it works
Register online to become a consignor, receive a unique consignor number & make your own sales tags. Bring your tagged items to the venue and we will do the selling for you! Two weeks after the sale is complete, a check will be emailed to you. It's SO easy!
Get Started Selling!
- Go to 'SIGN UP TO SELL' (the Pink Tab above) to register online & receive a consignor number and to activate your consignor account. You can also use this link: Kid's Closet Connection - Children's Resale Clothing Consignment Sale
- There is a $12 Consignor fee to consign (sell) that will be taken out what from is owed in your check (after the sale is over). No need to Pre-pay!
- Consignors price their own items at home through the online tagging system within their consignor account. Then, print the barcoded price tags and attach to the items.
- Please refer to the guide: Selling Made Simple" at the bottom of this page. Review the 4Cs and the Pricing & Tagging Tips.
- Check out the links to our Acceptable Items and Merchandise Preparation pages on the website for more guidance on tagging.
- All clothing items go on a hanger in the direction of a question mark. Note that the hangers go home with the buyer of garment. Not returned to the seller.
- Bring tagged items to the sale location. Prior to placing items in their respective department, items MAY go through a preliminary inspection by a KCC helper.
- DIY consignors that choose the option of putting their own items on the sales floor earn 60% of all sold items. Those that choose Express drop off (drop & go) will earn 50%.
- Under the 'MY CLOSET' Tab, is where you will select your Check in Time (Day/time you will drop off). Once selected, the day/time will show under the Consigning Information Section, in MY CLOSET.
- HELP at our sale! Select a shift(s) for helpers and earn more on what you sell. You will also be able to shop before everyone else! See Helpers Page for more details.
- Consignors shop the sale on PRESALE Day, before the public so you can buy what you need while we handle the sale of your tagged items. The earlier you shop, the better the selection.
- Or you can choose to shop later in the week for the reduced sale price of 50% off.
- If you choose NOT to consign, you can still shop. See full sales schedule.
- At the end of the sale, the consignor can retrieve unsold items on Pick-Up day.
- You can bring the unsold items to the next sale because the tags you made don't expire.
- Don't want to pick up your items at the end of the sale? No problem, we will donate them on your behalf to a charity and help other families in need. It's a win, win for everyone!

Checks are EMAILED to the address on file within 10 business days after the sale has completed. Please make sure that the email address is correct. If a check needs to be reissued, there is a $10 reissue fee.
