KCC has been hosting our seasonal pop-up consignment sales in Gardner for over 16 years! We know how to get your items sold, and we aim to make the process as simple as possible for you!


*The $10 seller fee is deducted from your proceeds, so no upfront payment needed!

*Refer a friend who also sells and your fee is waived! Just make sure they list you as the referral or let us know!

  • Sign up for a drop off day/time in your control panels
  • Check out the links to our Acceptable Items and Merchandise Preparation pages on the website.
  • Gather, prep and tag items at home.
  • Bring them in to the sale during our drop off hours (Tues 4/7 1-7pm and Wed 4/8 7am-noon)
  • Watch your sales grow throughout the event!
  • Shop the SELLER PRESALE events getting you the best deals on the items you need!
  • Pick up unsold items at the close of the sale, if you choose (Sun 4/12 6-8pm, Mon 4/13 9-11am)
  • Collect payment via e-check

How it Works

How it Works:

1. Register as a consignor.

2. Gather your nearly new items in great condition.

3. Launder and clean any items you are bringing to the sale.

4. Prep them for the sale by hanging clothing on a hanger and securing other items appropriately by reading our Merchandise Prep page.

5. Price and tag your items using our online tagging system.

6. Drop off your items at one of our drop off days/times.

7. Shop at our Consignor Presale where you get to shop before we open to the public.

8. Pick up your unsold items or consider donating to our local charity.
