Express Consignor Check-In Description:

Drop & Go! Bring your items inside the venue, check in with us and then go. Have everything categorized and separated into bags, boxes and/or bins that you don't need returned to you. Please make sure all large items are already assembled. KCC will place all items onto the sales floor for you. Consignor earns 50% on sold items & pays a $12 consignor fee, by selecting this option. NO MORE THAN 250 ITEMS PER PERSON. The $12.00 Consignment fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale. No need to Pre-pay!

DIY Consignor Check-In Description:

Stay but make more $$! Check in with us at the venue. From there, you will place your own items on the sales floor. Place items in their respective department. The duration of the drop off is between 30 minutes to an hour, in total, depending on how much you bring. Please make sure all large items are already assembled.Consignor earns 60% on sold items & pays a $12 consignor fee, by selecting this option. NO LIMITS ON ITEMS. The $12.00 Consignment fee will be taken out of your check at the end of the sale. No need to Pre-pay!

Shopping Days:

• October 23rd: VIP Exclusive Presale Day. Ticket required.
• October 24th & October 25th: Public Shopping. Free entry/ No ticket required.

Shop BEFORE we open to the public and get the BEST SELECTIONS with the EB ticket!

Addition Information for Shoppers:

• Strollers are welcome
• You can bring a wagon / large bags for shopping
• Children 17 and under are FREE and must be accompanied by an adult
• Free parking

Consignor Pick up Day:

Sunday, October 26th, 2025: Time is TBD

• No appointment is needed.
• Whatever is left is automatically donated. No Exceptions.
