KIDS CLOSET SPRING SALE SCHEDULE

Get ready for our Spring Kids Closet Sale! Below is everything you need to know about consignor check-in, presale shopping, public sale hours, and consignor pickup.

Consignor Check-In

Wednesday, April 21: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Thursday, April 22: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Important: All items must be checked in, placed in their designated spots, and ready on the sales floor by 11:00 AM sharp on Thursday, April 22.

Presale Shopping Thursday, April 22

Consignors

Consignors do not need a presale ticket! Just show up and shop! DO NOT BUY A PRE-SALE TICKET!

• 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Consignors working 23 helper shifts.
• 3:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Consignors working 1 helper shift or no shifts.

Shopping requirement: Consignors must have at least 25 items on the sales floor to shop during the Thursday presale.

Consignors may bring 2 guests to shop on pre-sale day!

Pre-Sale Ticket (Non-Consignors)

Presale tickets will be available for the following entry times:

• 5:00 PM
• 6:30 PM

Tickets go on sale Tuesday, March 2, at 6:00 PM CST. The ticket link will be posted below, on our Facebook page, and emailed to subscribers.

Please note:

• All adults (18+) attending the presale must have a ticket.
• Children under 18 do not need tickets.
• The latest entry time on presale day is 8:30 PM.

Public Shopping Hours No Ticket Required!

Everyone is welcome to shop during our public sale days. No tickets are required!

Friday, April 23

• 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Saturday, April 24

• 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday, April 25 HALF-PRICE DAY!

• 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
• Most items will be 50% off!

Consignor Check-Out Sunday, April 25

Pickup Hours: 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM ONLY

Please arrive with enough time to collect all your unsold items and have them checked out by a team member no later than 6:30 PM.

• No one will be allowed into the building before 4:30 PM for consignor pickup.
• Charity bins will be loaded on Sunday.
• Any items remaining on the floor after 6:30 PM will go directly into the charity bins, with the exception of large items and items from Mom & Dads Corner.

Unsold Items & Pickup Policy

Large items and items from Mom & Dads Corner are not eligible for donation. Consignors are responsible for picking up all unsold items in these categories during the designated checkout hours.

A $15 fee will be charged for each large item or Mom & Dads Corner item left behind.

If you are unable to pick up your items for any reason, please reach out to me ahead of time or arrange for a friend or family member to pick them up on your behalf.

Consignors who confirm they will pick up their items but fail to show up or communicate with us may be charged a $15 fee.

Please communicate with us if your plans change. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to wrap up the sale smoothly and on time!
